If we determine fractional support is a good fit for your organization, the next step would be a consultation to deep dive into your organization’s needs and assess the level of PeopleOps support required.
Once we’re aligned on the scope of work, we will then review and finalize a contract to begin the partnership.
Part-time hours range between 10 - 60 hours a month, depending on the need and company size. Ad-hoc projects are also available upon request.
